At BRYC Media, we believe in clear communication and mutual respect. Below are our policies to help ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client.
📅 Booking & Scheduling:
To secure your session, bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Rush bookings (less than 48 hours' notice) may be accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional fee.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. No-shows are non-refundable.
💳 Payment Terms:
Payment is due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payment apps. A deposit may be required to hold your appointment.
📷 Photo Delivery:
Final edited media will be delivered via an online gallery (or link) within 1-3 business days for photos and 3-5 business days for video. Expedited delivery may be available for an added fee.
⚖️ Usage Rights:
All delivered photos and videos include a standard commercial license for use in marketing your listings or personal brand. Redistribution or resale of content outside of this scope requires prior written permission.
🌧️ Weather Policy:
If weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to shoot, we will reschedule at no additional cost. We’ll work with you to find the next available day.
🏡 Property Readiness:
Please ensure the property is photo-ready upon arrival. Additional fees may apply for excessive clutter removal or delays. We do not move large furniture or clean homes.
